How long between the first call and the actual kickoff?

Count 1 to 2 weeks: discovery call (30 min), scoped proposal, signature, kickoff. For urgent missions, we can compress to one week if the scope is simple.

Can we change the engagement format mid-project?

Yes, at no cost. Many clients start with a scoped mission (a test on one specific initiative) and then switch to a fractional format once the collaboration is validated. Flexibility is part of the model.

How do you handle urgent or out-of-scope requests?

Assessment within 24-48h, reprioritization or transparent additional budget. If the request goes beyond the agreed scope, you get a clear proposal with time and cost impact — no surprises on the invoice.

What happens at the end of the mission? Do you remain available?

Documented handover to your team: processes, access, KPIs, recommended next steps. You then keep access to my calendar for occasional follow-ups (light retainer) if needed.
