A LinkedIn presence that positions ANSAM and Novatix as reference IT & AI partners in French-speaking Switzerland
ANSAM and its Novatix entity needed to structure their LinkedIn presence to develop their B2B reputation, create engagement with their targets (IT decision-makers, general managers, partners) and assert their expertise on strategic topics: AI, cybersecurity, cybersecurity, outsourcing, sustainability and digital transformation. The objective: to build a coherent, professional and engaging editorial line, capable of promoting the group's news, customer successes, business expertise and the vision of managers.

Solutions
I developed and managed the entire LinkedIn content strategy for ANSAM and Novatix, covering all the formats and angles of expression of the group:
- Global editorial strategy: line, tone, calendar, priority themes.
- Creation of diversified content: blog articles, customer cases, group news, commercial campaigns, sustainability and CSR.
- Community management and facilitation of conversations (answers, moderation, engagement with the community).
- Relaying media articles and sharing third party content aligned with positioning.
- Ghostwriting for the LinkedIn accounts of some group directors (leadership content, strategic thoughts, positions).
- Training and support for management teams to make them autonomous in creating posts.
- Regular strategic advice to the internal team to optimize speaking and adjust the strategy.
