A turnkey sustainability report aligning carbon data, communication, and B Corp certification for ANSAM
The annual sustainability report of ANSAM is the visible core of the group's impact approach. It consolidates carbon, social, and governance data, serving as both an internal management tool, an external communication support, and a documentary basis for B Corp certification. The sustainability report is just the visible part of the project: beforehand, I conducted significant work in data collection, analysis, and structuring to enable its creation. This report was also a key support in the B Corp certification process for the ANSAM Group.

Carbon footprint & structuring
- Implementation and use of Greenly to carry out the group’s carbon footprint (Scopes 1, 2 and 3) based on accounting, HR and operational data.
- Coordination with accounting and HR teams to formalize reporting documents, structure the annual data collection and secure data quality.
- Integration and consolidation of data in Greenly, analysis of the main emission sources and year-on-year changes, with key elements then used as evidence in the B Impact Assessment.
Writing & analysis
- Support based on a core set of sustainability KPIs updated every year (total emissions, carbon intensity, social and governance indicators) to track the group’s progress.
- Analysis of tonnes of CO₂e: explanation of year-on-year variations, highlighting progress, key structural projects and areas for improvement in terms of sustainability.
- Drafting of the sustainability report to make these results understandable and actionable for teams and stakeholders.


Layout & data visualization
- Layout of the content validated by management into a clear, attractive report, aligned with ANSAM’s brand identity.
- Creation of charts and visuals (emissions, trends, breakdown by category, etc.) to make key information immediately readable.
Distribution
- Creation of a dedicated, tracked landing page to host the sustainability report and monitor views and downloads.
- Production of a series of mini-interviews with ANSAM managers (IT, AI, business, sustainability) to bring the report to life and give it a human voice.
- Preparation of social media posts for the leadership team and the corporate page to share the report and its key messages with the group’s ecosystem.
