Centralized, more regular and more legible internal communication for all teams.
ANSAM did not have any structured internal communication tools. Information circulated in a fragmented manner, with no centralized channel or regularity, which limited internal cohesion and the dissemination of group news. The objective was to set up a modern, accessible and engaging internal communication tool, capable of centralizing information, strengthening corporate culture and facilitating exchanges between employees.

Diagnosis & solution
Initially, an internal newsletter was tested, but the frequency of publication and the complexity of production quickly revealed its limitations: lack of responsiveness, few interactions, and a process that was too cumbersome.
The solution chosen: deploy Viva Engage on the group's Microsoft 365 tenant. The tool was installed by the client's IT team, then I took care of its complete structuring: branding, community organization, definition of publishing processes and best practices.
Setting up
Branding & platform configuration
Customization of the Viva Engage interface in the colors of the ANSAM group, creation of internal communities (news, teams, projects...) and structuring of communication channels.
Team training
Training of HR teams and managers so that they become internal communication relays, capable of publishing, moderating and facilitating exchanges on the platform.
Defining publishing processes
Establishment of clear processes for publishing content: who publishes what, how often, with what tone, and what validation.
Animation & content
Since the deployment of Viva Engage, I have been managing the publication of the ANSAM group's internal communications for employees:
- Group news (appointments, projects, commercial successes).
- Operational information (new procedures, tools, internal events).
- Thematic content campaigns to familiarize employees with strategic topics: sustainability, new tools, business expertise, etc.
These campaigns make it possible to structure internal speaking and to bring key topics to life by making them accessible and engaging for teams.


Impact
The implementation of Viva Engage made it possible to:
- Centralize internal communication on a single, accessible and responsive channel.
- Strengthen internal cohesion by giving visibility to group news, successes and teams.
- Facilitate the dissemination of strategic or operational information to all employees.
- Create a more transparent, interactive, and engaging internal communication culture
Managers and HR are now autonomous in using the tool, and Viva Engage has become the reference channel for all internal communications of the ANSAM group.

Viva Engage integrates very well with our daily tools, but a new internal communication tool requires time and consistency. Léanne's support is key: she creates the right content, with the right tone, and accompanies the teams on a daily basis, if necessary, in getting started with the tool.
