Storytelling marketing

One of the main challenges was to structure the narrative.

  • For the “Nova Solutions” webinar, the commercial presentation of all Nova offers was completely reorganized: clarification of key messages, hierarchy of benefits, and creation of dedicated slides adapted to the webinar format.
  • For the “AI & Public Sector” webinar, a specific storyline was built around the challenges faced by public organizations, supported by live demonstrations and concrete examples.

In both cases, the webinar became the synthesis of an in-depth strategic effort on positioning, key messaging, and pedagogical framing around Novatix’s solutions.

Communication campaign

For each webinar, the communication setup included:

  • The complete configuration of the webinar platform (set-up, templates, registration journey) and its integration with HubSpot to automatically track registrations, participants, and replay views.
  • The creation of a dedicated registration page designed as a conversion tool, featuring key arguments, the program, speakers, and a form.
  • A series of email campaigns and social media posts deployed over approximately two months to attract participants from the ANSAM and Novatix contact databases.
  • Additional LinkedIn posts and ads were created to engage the wider community.

HubSpot acted as the central hub, managing contact lists, emailing workflows, tracking open and click rates, and generating a detailed report for each webinar.

Attendee journey

The experience doesn’t end with the live session:

  • Before the event: confirmation and reminder emails (7 days before, 1 day before, and on the day itself) were sent to maximize live attendance.
  • After the event: thank-you emails were sent, including the replay link and, when relevant, additional content to deepen the topics covered.

Replays are hosted on the platform and connected to HubSpot, allowing the tracking of views over time and the generation of continued engagement signals after the webinar. This provides the teams with a valuable database for targeted commercial follow-ups.
